Does 10 atk on RTE make a huge difference when over upgraded?

No not really.

It does on my perspective, scratches the itch of knowing I hold the best kind there is. RTE FTW

 

Though, BTE will have an upcoming combo with an OCP gear.

 

Edit: Oh I thought it's RTE EA6 XD, don't settle for 5. On OP, I'll choose BTE.

that 2% extra range dmg from ea6 is better

I dont know y .. i hv reseted my RTE like hundreds of time, dint get ea6
but ... on my 1st try enchanting BTE i got ea6
