it does work, you need 1 "B" card and 2 "O" cards total, then go talk to npc

Last year cards don't work? How is that possible? They are also BOO cards no matter how. I can't really recall back because even if I farmed last year and this year, the both years had mixed together.

Do we have a confirmation as to what the +10 and +11 costumes are yet?

+10 apparently is still cherry blossom, there is a theory that a costume heroic backpack is the +11 prize.

the party getting the halloween costume, it was working but not anymore... I just finished with a party of three and only de leader got it.

Same, I just did it duo'd and I didn't get the achievement or the costume

EDIT: Figured it out! The Achievement is found under the Quest Tab!

oh i wouldnt say this for certain, im just poking ideas is all. Its the only thing i can think of. Perhaps there's a different form of coding? The cards you are using may be coded for the +10 version of the spooky event only. Maybe its possible the new cards have different coding meant specifically for the +11 version? It would explain why you're unable to change them over..

Try using a different character and collect fresh boo cards really quick. just 1 B and 2 O, then go test with different character. If blue cards work for this new character, you can probably guess that old boo cards might be for old spooky. Its all i can think of~

It works now tho. Thanks anyway. But still can't figure out why it doesn't work before that.
