Dear Staff/Players

 

I am updating IRO after 2+ months away, have some login issues and need to access support.

 

Support page is non-responsive 90% of the time and when I manage to load and fill the template, instead of sending the message it crushes with the same oops message that its been there since 2nd quarter.

 

Can you please guide me on what are my alternatives to communicate with a human being that can guide me to access the game.

i found the problem occur when user trying to fill ticket because they are not logging in to https://support.warpportal.com/ 

i found the problem not happening if they are logging in. 

 

despite all of that they just ditch me with " we just cant allowed to do that." without any particular reason. and im not satisfied with ur CS

but i will support this support page . :p_sad:

Send Krexus a pm. He managed to help me.

Allow me to be vocal. As simple users we have to go far in order to play. Current service standards put a lot of responsibility on the plate of the player. It doesnt have to be this difficult. You are losing market share with this nonsense.

Support is your side of the deal WP. Get it working. Seriously. Do your part. You are miles away from a decent service.

Have a game with a functional support system. We are here to play, our work is somewhere else.
