Howdy!

 

I'm returning to RO after a long break and I'm still not sure what to play. So much has changed and I wasn't able to keep up with the changes, so I'm feeling lost.

 

From what I've read, it seems that most classes can do pretty much any content, one way or another, so I wanted to hear from you guys what makes you keep you playing your main?

 

What's fun in the class? What can it do? What can't it do? How flexible is it in terms of build? What build are you playing? Why?

 

I'd like to read your opinions on this matter, so don't hold back! Write it all! heh

GX would be the cheapest way to access most good stuff in the game you only need to stack hp and sp leech most of the time

Ranger could return profit faster than any job. Ranger could farm instance at req level solo like ogh/fw. If you like one shot thing and high dps, this is your class. You can choose:
1.Arrow Storm spammer
2.hitlock ranger
3.hybrid
4.trapper

i enjoy gen for all around survival, vast boxes of treasure wealth from instance farming, and the whole zeny making scene.

i love sura for their ridiculous tanking/pulling abilities; simply for the love of having a massive mob and scaring your party with it

i used to love sorc for goldie farming, but lately that's really boring. also i think they stuck a card-drop timelock on that dungeon lmao

and i sort of want to get back into ninjas because it was the first class i ever played, and the gear scene has really advanced a whole bunch. this era has a different feel to it altogether so i kinda want to take it back to the leisure side of RO life and enjoy classes that have more handicaps.

Every classes except Gene , GX  they're too popular , easy to play especially at end game    all around 

 

 

my  fav. classes except Gene , GX

 

 

1.  ME AB   

2.  WL   

3.  Crit Warg hitlock  Ranger 

4.  SC  (Magic caster ,  non autocast   + Bow , Magic caster hybrid) 

5.  IB/HS Spear RK   and  Crit RK 

6.  Crit Mech  (No one try it yet  because there's only  Axe Tornado / Boomerang / Mado build  ,  now leveling with Axe Tornado first)

With endgame activity is AFK in verus, with equip window open showing all gears slotted by MVP cards worn by Super Novice.

RK as I would say.

 

Although if you want fun, it should be SC. SC are the jack of all trades and is fun to play. Although leveling-wise it is a bit rigorous depending on how much you can invest and what build you want. The thing I'm waiting for SC is the update on SS that would make bow usable.

Sorc

Has a bunch of aoe spells that are all viable. Not a 1 skill wonder class(although you can get by with a single skill in many scenarios).

Can do all content in the game but Mutant Coelacanth reliably. Can't do Mutant Coelacanth :v
There's hardly any way you can mess up a sorc build, pretty much everything works, in fact everything works so well that you'll always feel bad that your skill points aren't enough to grab absolutely the entire tree.
Regular caster, does pretty much everything, and still offers great support.
Even if you build a sorc for damage, with a bit of skill from the player sorcs are still one of the best supports of the game, for all aspects, offense, defense and utility.

if playing ME build AB     this build is very fun   especially when Gramps TI have full of Undead , Demon  monsters     

(Or even going intance which have Undead / Demon only  such as Sky Fortress)

 

insta-cast  ME carpet spam  so good
