Ever wondered why wizards can summon ice(ice wall, frost nova, frost drive, cold bolt etc etc) but cant create water (waterball)?
..why?

im still wondering why autocasters can create a barrage of skills without any cost requirements, but you still have to be in a puddle just to autocast waterball w/ lunar
