I just got back to Ragnarok recently. When I tried to login on my old account, everytime I selected an old character, I got this 'Disconnected from server.' error message.

 

I tried creating a new character and it worked just fine. I can login and play, but I want to recover my old characters. Help.

 

I can't open a ticket because I keep getting an error when I try to.

Already tried doing that. As I said before, when I try to send the ticket, I get this error message:
