Hello,

I just came back after 3 years, and would like to make a genetics (all around). What should I do first when alchemist? how to get a good homoculous(if i even spelled it right). best stat and equips for end-game... thanks a lot. I had a level 139 GX, but for some reason I don't like it anymore due being dead all the time when leveling ( i got gears though).

Your question has already been answered. Please look on the forums before posting a topic! With that being said...

Ragnarok is generally a pretty old game. I had the same questions as you when I started playing again, and honestly a lot of the guides you find online are mostly still relevant. That being said a few items have now made it into RO that might change up your stat distribution.

I think to start, you'll want to become a Geneticist as soon as possible. Your homunculus is a nice thing to have -- but it's not a priority and won't be a priority for a while.

When you get to Genticist, you'll want a +8 Cylinder Hairband -- after that, it's a slow build to get gear and stats. If you look on the forums, you'll find some players who have posted optimal builds. You generally want to get instant cast in late-game because you'll be switching our your Cylinder Hairband for an Old Midas Whisper. But that's WAYYYYY down the line, and by then you'll have an understanding of what you need.

Outside of that, get yourself a Thanatos Hammer if you want to level up without burning through too many potions, or if you're feeling rich you can look into buying a +1O Evil Dragon Armor for more leech.

Geneticists are very expensive, so your gear will be switching a lot until you can save up for the pieces you want.

Anyway, look on the forums for the info you need.
