I am not sure what is the difference between Kafra points and WPE, and how to sell WPE... what is the proper way to sell/trade it with other players?

WPE: can be used to buy Kafra Points or VIP, or VAS

Kafra Points: points used to buy items from Kafra Shop

 

Always go Zeny first, main to main. Do not sell WPE to a low-level character. Also, this kind of trade is not supported by the GMs so if you get 'scammed', you won't get your WPE back.

It’s better if u sell kp. Wpe is risky specially a new player like you. I believe you are new and then you don’t have 175 no one will trust you.

Cf course most ppls like me will not place trust on newbie players without 3rd class chars, but in this case the OP can do code first to sell WPE to veterans. He just needs to be careful with it, only deal with ppls with lv.175 chars.

You cant really trust veteran either I have seen them scam newbie since most newbie don’t know how to send support ticket and they just accept their fate. Best thing you can do is to sell kp. Sell kp during enrich it can sells up to 70-75m/100kp , in fact you can even sell enrich box 210kp for 170m perbox during enrich. where as wpe 1k = 700-800m so not much diff but you eliminate a Risk of being scammed.

Also on top of that with all the duped zeny circulation in the market. I dunno what the policy for wpe regarding selling wpe. If you get zeny for selling wpe and the zeny was duped they may take your zeny without compensating your zeny at all and you just lost both zeny and wpe. Selling wpe isn’t really good for your end. No protection at all.
If you do some math during bunny event you can sell hd carnium box price :1200kp for 900-1b if you sell wpe 1k =700-800m, enrich event 950kp enrich elu 50 can sell around 650-750m or shadow event 100kp for HD elunium can sell for 80mil per box. So the return for selling kp is almost the same as selling wpe. But pros: 1. You won’t get scammed 2. If it was a duped zeny at least your items will be return or gm will reverse the trade. If it was wpe im not sure if gm will reverse it since they don’t support this at all.

As it has already been mentioned, trade of WPE points or KP points is not supported or encouraged by WP staff.

If you must indulge in such trade then you got to take extra precautions, should things go south then you are on your own, the staff will not be able to assist you with lost items/points in the trade. You may look into trade of Kafra Items instead, which is perfectly fine and allowed.

 

Saying that, WP Code option is meant to serve as a gift for friends, not a trade token.

Even Veterans with a lot of forum post counts *coughs* and 175 character can't be trusted completely.

 

Its definitely less dangerous to deal with Main character or a 175 character. ROPD them, to check if its truly their main character. But still be careful. It lessens the chance of them being a scammer but not completely.

 

If you have an upsetting trade, the GM won't return your WPE codes nor zeny (like scams and whatnot. For dupe, possibly they will reverse it), but.... you can still ticket in to get that person's id/character investigated and banned.

I've done deals without having a maxed character over Chaos. It's just a matter of trust and honesty. I don't believe that people there are too greedy evil to even steal from anybody virtually. If you do that you are worse than an Orc.

 

If you are the seller just find people who can attest or sell it to known buyers.

Yep, like Handersen said before. I always do that when need to buy some expensive gears (esp the randomized ocp gears from gambling boxes that i hate the most), by Selling/Vend some KP stuffs. Just like silvervine boxes; Enriched ores; 100 box Ores; Tokens; Neuralizers; and so on.

$100 = 12,000 kp can give me around 8 - 9 B nowadays. But it needs patience to sell. So enjoy it m8.

On topic, there are really good points to consider in this topic but do keep in mind, WPE/KP trade is not supported by WP staff.
