At Sara’s Memory, an instance accessible at level 99, there are many food items that drop ranging from Level 3 to Level 6 foods with Level 7 foods dropping from Doyen Irene, the Instance “boss.”
The weight of the foods vary significantly but are relatively high and any character will reach 90% overweight by attempting to pick them all up. We understand the utility of +3~+6 foods for all players who Level and do not have access to: VIP or Mini-VIP to gain access to Primo’d Buffer. (Although mini VIP is achievable through the Eden merit badges and such a new player might choose to use their badges and exchange for something else). Additionally they sell for a somewhat decent amount of zeny should you tally up the foods together and vend them to an NPC, Which is very good for f2p players starting out. Additionally it becomes nice pocket change for travel and or other consumables which eventually pile up should players decide to run this instance daily and save up foods to NPC.
With that given, I propose the weight of the food be changed to 1 or something light to enable more carrying of these items that players can take back to sell for zeny, use, or utilize for quests.
And given they do heal your HP, maybe add a cooldown to the item to prevent abuse or using them as potions? Possible? There’s better healing items out there and as they progress through the early into the mid and into the late game but it is just a proposal. I would like to hear feedback on this.
thank you.
