Or they restock only after sold out their items?

Paramarket is not implemented on iRO. If you are inquiring for another server, I'd suggest using the relevant forums/website

I think he is referring to Ragnarok Mobile's "Exchange" feature if I am not mistaken. Based on my experience playing ROM, I can say that it's a good feature, just not sure how good it will translate to iRO of it were to be implemented.
