With the new gears like imperial set and bsg, rg’s atk and damage has been increased dramatically. Then, do vanishing point and cannon spear become valid for pvp or woe?

I didn't have trouble killing plenty of folks with it back in 2015. Just gotta pick and choose your targets wisely and know when to move on. If you can't kill them it's usually a stalemate. Poke with the right level of PPA and see if headgear breaks.

 

A little advice with Cannon Spear though: I had a lot more fun using status affliction cards in a 4-slot spear and dropping huge AoE status afflictions on people rather than trying to kill.

it all depends on your target's reduction.

even before Hero Plate set and Imperial Boots (the best damage setup), Vanishing Point already kills.

I don't know how much reduction people usually stack in WoE nowadays so that's something you'd have to figure out.

Crit EB seems meh ... to be honest. Maybe I've been away from WoE far too long. I think CS will definitely do well in PvP, not sure about WoE. OB however is a beast in WoE if you dont die first lol

Critical is always good with lot of gears nowaday. RG with EB can do 1hitKO. As well as RK with Crushing Strike.

Meg can be sub'ed with Temporal Rings and ... BSG. Maybe Imperial Spear/Ring if you have Memory of Thanatos to use.
