I can not access ticket support

So I can not access the warp portal support site, and there are no emails about the responses to my tickets sent 3 days ago. I am from ragnarok Brasil and I want support for my ragnarok Brasil account but the support of both warpportal.com and warpportalbr.com are in trouble.

You need to use Internet Explorer for the page to load properly.

Hello there,

After checking with the staff, for Brazil WP RO you need to use the equivalent Support system and not WP International support. As far as I am concerned, this website and forums do not service bRO.

 

As for the error, try another web browser, if the issue persists request support through https://www.facebook.com/RagnarokLU/

Thanks, I was not sure which platform to use to send my tickets and internet explorer worked! Only now I need to wait for the answers of my tickets is taking a while because they have been 3 days since I sent ..

 

I will send messages to this page and try to solve the problem, thanks again.
