Hello,
Please check how to send a ticket guide here, it covers all what you need to know about sending a ticket and possible solutions to ticket system error(s).
As for payment related, they are handled by a separate department in which only service during office hours/week days.
Make sure to keep an eye on your email for notifications, if there is no confirmation of your ticket being sent then maybe it was not submitted in the first place. In this case you are allowed to resubmit a new ticket, know that, sending multiple tickets of the same will slow down the ticket handling resulting in late responses.
