can't we have more accounts? if possible, can we transfer other items to our char through a trade? why am I discussing this .. my friend moved an eye patch, and it's not a dupe item. but my friend was banned. and when sending a ticket and getting an answer, the GM who replies to the ticket asks where he got the Eye patch. my friend answered to get it from another account. and after that they took action by banning my permanent friend. what's the problem with that? you suggest, if there is a problem so that you can send the ticket. but your response is like that. VmodCupCake always recommends sending a ticket, how do you respond to this? Come on, how many times have I discussed the same issues in this forum. you are very light in banning people for no apparent reason. Do you want the players in this game to decrease so much due to this misunderstanding? you can carry out an investigation, but not from the origin to immediately determine a sentence. this is irregularity, and this is truly unfair. use your logic before taking action. you have full access to the game, you should be able to investigate better with it. not by taking quick action that is unclear. it is no longer available to send a ticket if it continues like this. I will still discuss issues like this on topic. because players who act honestly should receive justice.

Sorry to sound like a broken record, but issues of this type can not be handled at the forum.  They must be handled through the ticket system.  If your friend feels he was banned unfairly, he needs to pursue that with support. If he has trouble accessing the support page, he can send a message to Krexus or Xanubis with the information
