Hi, I just got my succubus doll hat this evening, and then hatched my beloved pet´s egg to level up, but it just vanished instead. I seriously want it back, this pet is expensive and i don´t have the money. I´m from the newly localized Valhalla server. I sent a tiquet already, but no response yet.

You are posting under RE:Start section, Odin server.

There is no Valhalla server, can you please re-clarify the server you are playing on?
