Briana pet lost

I complete the Alpha Testing Temperions (VII) and tried to compound the Legacy Atma to the Briana pet npc and it broke. I would like to get this back as a fully upgraded item. I worked really hard to do that quest and had to get 4 other players to complete the quest and spent mall points to get the npc to the point where I could upgrade its final stage. I have submitted a ticket but got "Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported. Please try again later, or submit a ticket detailing the error you are encountering at the Support site:"

Could someone please fix this...

Hey there. I believe you can request Support to restore your Brianna (she's not a pet by the way). But they will most likely restore the Brianna level before the compounding failed.

 

If you have issues sending a ticket, send me a private message here on the forums. 

 

I also removed your account information from your post, we don't allow that here on the forums.

I didn't know I couldn't post my information I just was trying to get helped as fast as i could. I sent you a message because I'm still having an issue sending a ticket.
