Im still not so sure about this Garment for PVE, it has some uses, like doing M.Culvert and cheesing some mobs/bosses not so sure about the Toad card either want to give it a couple weeks to try it, the neutral resistance & HP is useful to avoid being oneshot or close to by some power up attacks
Not so sure if I want to change my KBC for GS after this garment either KBC give pretty good resistance all around
Before the Levi Muffler I ran a Marse Carded HBP (30) + Alice Valk Shield (20) + 2 KBC (20) + Marc Card (5) & Coldproof pot for a total 95%
Not having to use Coldproof pot also means i get the full 20% from the Wind pot, not that is needed that much since having a wind armor means JT only does 25% which is still a lot but not nearly as dangerous as it is unmitigated.
By all means i could have kited better for the CC animation
