The bow was given to me by the npc from the ranger 3th class quest, and it cant be sold, stored and i cant drop it, so i have 50 weight and cant continue the quest, i found the bug on 11/21 about 21:00 -3GMT,
i cant drop a bow from my inventory

Please refer to Job change quest guide on fanmade page on IRO Wiki here, and point at the step you are having the issue with.
I assume that you play on either Chaor or Thor since there is no Ranger class on Re:Start server.
