The exp event doesn't affect homuns.

Spotlights affect homunculi because the exp value in the database is modified, doubling the base exp they give.

 

Any blanket setting to the server that just modifies experience the player (key word there) gains doesn't, so no, the server wide +100% exp will not affect homunculi.

oh really? that's lame. i was told years ago that vip exp didnt affect the hom's exp but server exp and spotlight did. its strange too because im actually feeling an exp increase?
