RAGNAROK] Option for Item Mall Points Gone?

Hello I've recently purchased 1000 KP as I signed up through steam with 30 day VIP,

 

and the next day the store reset and I could get 1000KP again,

 

but now only 30 day VIP is on sale and the Item Mall Points options is gone..

 

What do I do?

If you are referring to the VIP time bundled with points then that's a one time offer per month, if you purchased the offer this month then it will be made available in the next.

I brought vip as a separate option. And i also got 1000 item mall points separately twice over a period of 2 days. Now for the past 5 days i do not have the option to buy item mall points. I use steam to play the ragnarok online. My question here is how can i buy only item mall points on steam. The support website of warp portal is down, and I have never managed to log a ticket. I love this game for the nostalgia. And now that I am earning, I don't mind spending a few bucks on the game. But if I do not have an option to buy, nor any means to log a ticket, I am just reaching out on various forums. Hoping someone will be able to pick up my issue and help me out. THANK YOU.

Hello!

There are a couple of people on the Ragnarok Online's steam discussion that mentioned the $10.00 for  1050 kafra points option disappeared after purchase.  I purchased both a few days ago and only the 30 day VIP option is viewable per the screenshot below. I tried using the post graphic option but it kept saying i couldn't use the url despite it being from steam.  I hope this information is helpful. Thank you.

Please contact the relevant department by sending in a ticket, the staff will need to inspect the account on their end.
