estou com problema em deletar personagens na minha conta.

Toda vez que pede o email, eu digito, só que fica dando erro.

Eu não sei o que fazer. Também não consigo alterar o email meu login do site do warpportalbr

I'm having trouble to deleting characters in my account.

Everytime thats asking me for the email, I put, but thats giving me error.
