Hello buddies!

I am an old Ragnarok 2 player way back year 2014 and I just get back here to try playing it again. I am seriously interested in playing the game again but my problem is I forgot the email address that my old game account was associated to. How can I recover my email address with my old In-Game name? I also forgot my game login details like my old username and password. But hopefully if I could manage to find what's my old email address I could recover it manually. Just a quick question on how to get my old email address associated to my In-Game account name because that's the only thing I can remember.

I am hoping that I could still recover my account and play this game once again. Godbless you all.

Regards,
Kaedou

Updating my post. I hope some Admins / Mods / Tech. Support Staffs could make some things to fix our problems due to the downtime of the Ticketing System for reporting issues.

Best regards.

If you are sure you're not trying to access the game in a prohibited region (Most EU Countries), you can try the following.

In case you experience an error "Ooops. Something went wrong" when opening the support page and/or sending the ticket, switch to another web browser such as IE/Edge or Firefox and try again. If the issue persists then send the ticket to WP Support Email [ROsupport@warpportal.com] following the steps found in spoilers below.

  • Issue/error of the ticket tool
Including time/date of error, screenshots are helpful as well
  • Account information and the ticket request
Game title, WP email address, character name, server, and a description of the issue you're writing in about
  • Region/location of access

And yes, although the post appears to be player made, it has been endorsed by mods (scroll to bottom). Good luck!

In addition to what arby said, VMod Cinnamon had linked to this post in one of her replies: https://forums.warpp...-simple-fixbug/

In said post, a player states how some symbols or words in the message seemed to be causing the error for him. It's worth checking, as it is not unusual for the code that handles forms to be broken after updating a website.

The biggest annoyance is however, they didn't recently update the website, it was nearly a year ago and they've put no effort at all into solving a problem entirely on their side.
