I went through a mouse and a spastic index finger... any viable suggestions? Does RO really don't have a "continue using the same skill on the target while the skill is held down" kind of option?

Pardon me, but what is RC? Ragnarok Clicker? Isn't that a clicker game?

Other than using a third party application macro such as AHK, there is no other viable option.

RC: Rolling Cutter, Renewal content.

Also, Budeg, I have added Classic to your topic title to avoid confusion :) You can always edit that out or adjust by editing first post.

You can search on Google on how to create a script on AHK that spams a key by pressing one, is easy to do and there are plenty of examples.

If you are using a gaming mouse there are ways to make macros for those as well. Just create a macro to press the button your skill is on, and then click. Be sure to enable the Repeat While Pressed option and the macro will repeat easily.
