I've noticed that MVP Bronze Keys give KvM badges, however, the KvM Logistics Officer NPC is nowhere in sight. The NPC is missing, and not in the Battlegrounds room that Marroll the Battle Recruiter transmits you to.
Where is the NPC to exchange KvM Badges?
It is clearly not the same NPC as the one for Valorous and Bravery Badges.
