First MBS event, called the Refine Event Rave back then, shows that using Enriched Ori/Elu on the first unsafe upgrade is always 95%, which is MUCH better than usual. It's always been included along with MBS, because I always have a mountain of lvl 3 weps to +10.

Okay so I see the confusion. The numbers I posted are the refine rates for the server during the event
0 - Armor
1 - Weapon Level 1
2 - Weapon Level 2
3 - Weapon Level 3
4 - Weapon Level 4

It matches the chart exactly and yes the rates are what you posted as expecting (advance or cash) is the enriched rates.

If the npc is using HD/Normal ores it will use the normal rates.
If the npc is using Enriched it will use the advanced rates.

that is a rowdy set of costumes yer bringin' into the game sir. lol @ flying drone. gotta keep up w/ the times eh?

you guys should make a snowboard garment costume that sticks to the user's back with a slight tilt. really surprised it hasnt been done already

I don't think maintenance threads is suitable for that, but to address the issue firstly log to your WP account and check the ID in question.

Make sure they have the subscription time. If they do then shut down your game clients then launch the game as an admin. Proceed to log on like normal. If the issue persists then you will need to submit a ticket.
