So why is my skill not working on myself?
That's a Sura skill so probably best to look for help in the Renewal (RO1) section.
That said:
Each cast uses 2 Spirit Spheres and cannot be used in conjunction with Gentle Touch-Revitalize or Gentle Touch-Energy Gain.
