Hi GM. I dont know where to submit an inquiry about my account which apparently has been blocked. Please explain to me, tell me what happened. This is frustrating. I just recently started playing this game, almost a week now. I kinda like it and everything. I even purchased IM points multiple times already. Just why? Now i lost the opportunity of taking advantage of the premium service as well. Please resolve this immediately. I tried to send a ticket using the WarpPortal Support page. But it seems like even the Support page is also having some issue. Please check on this.
