i remember that i used to be able to hover my mouse over the buff icon on status bar to see how many minutes/seconds are left & description of the buff....

 

now i hover my mouse over the buff icon, it does not show any of those.....

 

has there been a update to this ? or my RO clinet bugged?

Huh, so you don't get this anymore?

 

 

I still have it, hmm. Sometimes the mouse gets buggy for me and I can't properly open a vend until I swing the camera or move, same with chatboxes sometimes. Like there's little deadzone areas in the client. :v Really annoying, but maybe it's the same issue just happening over on your buff bar area?

Oh hey, that toggles it on and off for me! Neat!   It's also on the iW Basic Game Control page under commands:
