Does ( pirate's Folly )item  work with Gx  Rc skill ?

it say When physically attacking has a chance to absorb 6% of damage as HP

 

so my question is does it work with the skill RC ?

or only if i basic attack? 

 

and if not what item does it work with Rc skill

I don't see why it wouldn't work, it should. RC works with just about any leech gear unless it only says "magical damage"

except when they deal "trap damage" :v
