Spear Fury

% chance on melee hit, to gain 1, up to 5 stacks of 5% Attack Speed & 10% Dodge for 10 seconds.

 

supposedly its suppose to only stack like Axe Fury, on melee "hit". What is broken is the fact that the passive procs regardless of whether you hit your target or not.

Does it say melee hit, or melee attack.

It says melee hit.

Guess they need to update that text then.
