I am unable to convert WP points to Kafra Points
The Method i use to purchase WP points
1. I use mobile payment for my region ( Indonesia)
2. The game i play is Ragnarok Online 2
410 WP = Rp.60.000
With Taxes total Price is Rp.66.000
i successfuly bought the WP points but the convert button ony my account information is non-existent.
IF you want to see the proof i can send it right now. But not on the forums .
And your Support Ticket isnt working at all. How do i want to ask for help?
i know it isnt much of a money but it is so unpleasant.
