1st of all merry Xmas to yall. Returning hero here my question was do i need to verified my deviling  card in order to sell to another players

I will answer your concerns within of what I have been informed with.
When in doubt, you may verify an item authenticity before and after a transaction, preferably before and if possible.
 
There is no strict guidelines to request item verification than sending in a ticket through the support system, stating your request clearly with full name of item should be good enough (do not abbreviate names). Though do keep in mind, the GM staff will not be able to help you verify an item that you do not possess.
