Can you guys fix the support website? The site is fine but whenever I'd upload an attachment or send the ticket, it'd send me to the 'an error has occurred' pop-up

I'm sorry to hear that this error is still happening. We're still currently looking into this matter. This issue is occurring sporadically to some players at certain times, however I will directly PM to those in here that have this issue. As for anyone else who is still having this particular issue, please PM me and Xanubis directly with the following details:

Time zone
Browser Type (Firefox, Chrome, etc).
Device Type (mobile, desktop, etc.)

When they put enforcer shoes back with a higher rate, people who bought it when it was rare complained and people who didnt spend wpe was ok with it.

Same thing if they make abyss dress/temporal ring available thru event npc with a higher rate(uncommon rate), people who got them by spending lots of zeny/wpe would complain but these same people are the one whos ok with gioia being in the event Clab with a higher drop rate.

The whole thing is debunked by the fact that there have been ways to get around farming the field spawns for MvPs for over 8 years. Endless Tower, Bloody Branches, Central Lab, and VIP Summoner are all ways players who do not compete over natural spawns can access MvPs. Gioia is an inexplicable exception to that. I highly doubt the GMs even know enough about the game to keep the card this exclusive on purpose. Especially considering the other GD MvPs are available outside of the dungeon as well.
 
Gloom, Hibrem, Beelzebub, and Memory of Thanatos are all MvPs whose access is gated by some form of quest and long spawn timers. Yet all are available in non-natural spawning means. Those cards were once exclusive and no longer are. Times change. The effect of a card does not change with the amount of cards on the server. If you had a Gioia before, it is just as strong as it was when you got it.
 
In this thread a Gioia owner stated that their motivation to hunt the card was to keep other players from wielding its power. They showed their hand and their bias is clear. This whole thing is caused by a couple people with very clear bias and self interest lobbying to influence features implemented in the game. They have a clear and stated agenda. To take away opportunity from other players. Its simple politics. The haves trying to keep the have-nots in the stone age. This anti-competitive mentality is toxic and wreaks of self interest over enjoyment for all. The owner gets to use it until its availble, then supports it being banned in WoE once others get it.
 
 

Well, as original Gioia card holder, maybe i have the qualification to assess this card. I do support to ban this card in WoE, 
 
What makes us disappointed is not about the card itself, but more on no motivation on WoE anymore. Honestly, in competition perspective, i can say our goal is quite simple just to prevent our enemies being stronger, prevent them being happy.

 
I don't think that its so much about the Gioia card itself that people are upset about. I think its the way that this lobbying has influenced the CM's handling of their event.

I just want the GM team to know I really appreciate the Christmas CLAB event especially in how I was able to fight Gioia for the first time. As someone that many years ago participated in WoE only so I would have guild dungeon map access I know these days I'm no longer willing to have the stress that goes with PvP for that not so great reward. So with no current guild dungeon access nor any expected access to come in the future I doubt I'll ever even see that MVP again, so I was very glad for the chance to fight it from this event!

Also I want to say thank you to the GM team for listening to mine and others requests for the items which appeared in the OCP Remix. 

All in all these events and the little changes every week are in my view moving the game in the right direction so keep it up!

Holy Mothafreakin Starboy! Gioia is the star of this Christmas Event. Let's get on to the point, since Rune Stone Improvement didnt arrive as promised, may I request Bio5 MVPs to be in Christmas Sleigh to Yesterday? I'm tired of [Kittens] plucking Valkyrie Randgris' wings over and over again.

I messaged the company about the ridiculous impossibility of anyone beating the vent that was not at least 150-175 in level, or so cash shop endowed as to make the game pointless. Then there was supposedly a change that was supposed to give people some kind of chance to beat the event, yet they still kep mvps , which apparently are from illusion dungeon, so its still just about as hard as before, though perhaps to a super slight lesser degree....WHAT THE F....?!

And the lack of anything more substantial for the season, like taking forever to drop snow in cities, xmas themed stuff, and the disappointed goblins and antonio that drop little to nothing of true value... Why?

Crystals that dropped more loot in better quantity or quality would have been better just for the many heal items they could provide. 

So I am just stuck in the event, in the final room, with no means of escape, no supposed "alternate route" that was implied by the more recent update for this poorly done back to the future event ( the movie franchie is tarnished for me now). This was the most lackluster event and event implementation I have seen in 15+ years of this game. This is people step away for such long periods of time; no substance to make playing worthwhile anymore. I get it, games old, and devs always want to move on instead of being shackled to what they feel is a dying animal in need of being put to pasture...but thats still a poor excuse if thats the case. * smh * >,;,<

For the headgears, you can turn them into costume which is the new alternate route to obtain said item without engaging the hard MvPs.

I looked it up on my own hours ago, thank you ^^, google was handy in translating.Still, it was sad that there was nothing worthwhile in the event to be gained for somebody under lvl 110 is all. *shrugs *
