What drops a red latern I tried looking atrenewal.playragnarok.com but such item doesn't exist on their site yet.

around lv 103, if you have good leech gears like thanatos katar(at lv 120)or something else, you can go juperos and stay there till 133. (if you are going either MA or RC build.)
or you can try Low and Med TI.
