i just rebirth few minutes ago but before i rebirth i buy few merchenary for lvling up faster but i got some icon and my merchenary is frozen doesnt attack at all

please fix the problem

By icon, do you mean an error box? Could we have a screenshot of the issue?

Do you play on Renewal (Thor/Chaos) or Re:Start (Odin)?

Please visit the technical support pinned topic here, scroll down to solution #12 [A persistent error occurs when I attempt to use a mercenary or homunculus]. Follow the steps carefully, it should resolve the AI pop up error.
