Q&A/Intro

  • What is this about?
    This is a WIP of Rebellion skill description update.
  • Bug fixes?
    This will only cover the text portion of the skill update, bug reports should be posted in the technical section.
  • I found an issue in the Rebellion skill description, can I report it here?
    Absolutely, make sure to point out the issue and skill name.
  • Why now?
    I finally received a comprehensive report in PM, it helped us a lot to know what is the issue with the skill update.
  • How will the fixes be applied?
    The final version of the text changes will go onto a ticket for staff review and hopefully implementation.
  • Where did this info come from?
    The skill description is pulled as raw data from the official game client and compared with the skill description of kRO and the updated official document posted here:

Helper:

Part to be removed will be Red with line crossed.

Flicker (Flashing Signal)
Max Lv.: 1
Prerequisite: Fling Lv. 1 Coin Flip Lv. 1
Class: Special
Description: Activates/detonates your Howling Mines and Binding Trap in one screen.
Consumes 1 Coin.

Quick Draw Shot (Tailwind Shot)
Max Lv.: 1
Prerequisite: Eternal Chain Lv. 1 Chain Action Lv. 1
Class: Attack
Description: Follow up Chain Action with Quick Draw Shot to inflict additional damage.
The number of additional attacks increase in proportion to your Dexterity Job Level.
Quick Draw Shot attacks all the Crimson Marked characters within a 21x21 cell area around you.

Crimson Marker (Blood Brand)
Max Lv.: 1
Prerequisite: Increase Accuracy Lv. 1 Coin Flip Lv. 1
Class: Special
Description: Mark a target with a bloody brand that decreases Evasion Rate by 10, and displays the target's location on your mini-map.
Up to 3 targets can be marked. Crimson Marker affects Quick Draw Shot, Dragon Tail, and God's Hammer.
[Level 1]: Lasts for 30 50 sec.

Binding Trap (Dark Pit)
Max Lv.: 5
Prerequisite: Rebellion basic skill Flicker Lv. 1
Class: Ground/Special
Description: Set a Slowing trap beneath your feet.
All targets that walk into the trap's range have their Movement Speed significantly decreased. Binding Trap's duration decreases in proportion to the targets' STR.
Only 1 Binding Trap can be set at a time. Use the Flicker skill to detonate Binding Trap and inflict additional damage on the targets.
This skill's damage increases in proportion to your Dexterity, targets' HP, and the skill's level.
Consumes 1 Coin and 1 Special Alloy Trap.
[Level 1]: Range: 3x3 cells/Lasts for 4 +6 sec.
[Level 2]: Range: 5x5 cells/Lasts for 4 +7 sec.
[Level 3]: Range: 5x5 cells/Lasts for 4 +8 sec.
[Level 4]: Range: 7x7 cells/Lasts for 4 +9 sec.
[Level 5]: Range: 7x7 cells/Lasts for 4 +10 sec.

Hit Barrel (Acceleration Bullet)
Max Lv.: 5
Prerequisite: Fire Dance Lv. 2 Rich's Coin Lv. 1
Class: Supportive
Descriptions: Decrease Fixed Casting and increase Attack Speed and Attack Strength at the cost of your Evasion and all your Coins.
The Fixed Casting reduction is affected by the number of spent Coins.
After this skill's duration, you are restricted from attacking or using skills/items for 10 seconds.
Switching to different Equipment during this skill's effect immediately cancels the skill and activates the 10-second penalty.
This skill cannot be used with Madness Canceller or Platinum Altar.
[Level 1]: FLEE -70 Aspd + 1, Hit - 30/Lasts for 60 sec.
[Level 2]: FLEE -65 Aspd + 2, Hit - 35/Lasts for 60 sec.
[Level 3]: FLEE -60 Aspd + 3, Hit - 40/Lasts for 60 sec.
[Level 4]: FLEE -55 Aspd + 4, Hit - 45/Lasts for 60 sec.
[Level 5]: FLEE -50 Aspd + 5, Hit - 50/Lasts for 60 sec.

Fire Dance (Dance of Massacre)

Prerequisite: Fallen Angel Lv. 1 Desperado Lv. 1
Class: Attack
Description: A Revolver skill.
Attack all enemies within a 7x7 cell area around you. This skill's damage increases in proportion to your Level and the Desperado skill's level.
Consumes 1 Coin and 5 equipped Bullets.

Fallen Angel (Nephilim)
Max Lv.: 5 1
Prerequisite: Desperado Lv. 10

Class: Attack/Move

Description: A Revolver skill.
Jump to a selected spot and cast Desperado upon landing. The level of the cast Desperado matches your skill level.
This skill fails automatically if there is a wall/obstacle in your way.
Skill cooldown decreases in proportion to the skill's level.
Consumes 1 Coin.

Mass Spiral (Absolute Penetration)

Prerequisite: Piercing Shot Lv. 1
Class:Attack/Special
Description:A Rifle skill.
Shoot a Piercing bullet whose damage increases in proportion to the target's Defense.
The skill creates a high chance of Bleeding the target.
Consumes 1 Coin and 1 Full Metal Jacket Bullet in the inventory.
[Level 1]: 200% damage/Bleed chance 40%+ a bonus from the target's DEF
[Level 2]: 400% damage/Bleed chance 50%+ a bonus from the target's DEF
[Level 3]: 600% damage/Bleed chance 60%+ a bonus from the target's DEF
[Level 4]: 800% damage/Bleed chance 70%+ a bonus from the target's DEF
[Level 5]: 1,000% damage/Bleed chance 80%+ a bonus from the target's DEF

Anti Material Blast (Obliterator)

Description:A Rifle skill.
Inflict damage and reduce the target's Player Resistance.
This skill's chance increases in proportion to your Dexterity and the skill's level.
Consumes 1 Coin 1 Bullet.
[Level 1] : Lasts for 6 sec./Resistance -10%
[Level 2] : Lasts for 7 sec./Resistance -20%
[Level 3] : Lasts for 8 sec./Resistance -30%
[Level 4] : Lasts for 9 sec./Resistance -40%
[Level 5] : Lasts for 10 sec./Resistance -50%

God's Hammer (God's Wrath)

Prerequisite: Rich's Coin Lv. 1, Anti-material Blast Lv. 3 
Class: Attack/Special
Description: A Rifle skill.
Call upon God's wrath on earth.
If the target is Crimson Marked, this skill attacks 5x5 cells around the target.
If not, this skill attacks a random spot near the target.
Consumes all your Coins. This skill's damage increases in proportion to its level and spent Coins.
This skill creates a 100% chance of Stunning its targets, and its skill level affects the Stunning duration.
[Level 1]: 2,400% 4,200% damage/Stuns for 3 sec.
[Level 2]: 3,200% 5,600% damage/Stuns for 3 sec.
[Level 3]: 4,000% 7,000% damage/Stuns for 4 sec.
[Level 4]: 4,800% 8,400% damage/Stuns for 4 sec.

[Level 5]: 5,600% 9,800% damage/Stuns for 5 sec.

Round Trip (Circle Dance)

Prerequisite: Fire Rain Lv. 1
Class: Attack
Description: A Gatling Gun skill.
Shoot your gun at all surrounding enemies.
When hit, enemies are knocked out of the skill's range.
The enemies receive additional damage if they hit a wall while sent out of the skill's range.
This skill's damage and additional damage from wall collision increase in proportion to your Dexterity.
Consumes 1 Coin and 5 equipped Bullets.
[Level 1]: 1,300% damage/Range: 7x7 cells
[Level 2]: 1,600% damage/Range: 7x7 cells

[Level 3]: 1,900% damage/Range: 9x9 cells
[Level 4]: 2,200% damage/Range: 11x11 cells
[Level 5]: 2,500% damage/Range: 13x13 cells

Prerequisite: Gatling Fever Lv. 1
Class: Ground/Attack
Description: A Gatling Gun skill.
Deliver consecutive attacks to a 3x10 cell area in front of you. The skill's damage increases in proportion to your Dexterity and the skill's level.
Fire Rain creates a chance of removing Ground skills in its range.
Consumes 1 Coin and 10 equipped Bullets.
[Level 1]: 2,000% 3,800% damage + a bonus from your DEX/Removal Chance: 20%
[Level 2]: 2,000% 4,100% damage + a bonus from your DEX/Removal Chance: 25%
[Level 3]: 2,000% 4,400% damage + a bonus from your DEX/Removal Chance: 30%
[Level 4]: 2,000% 4,700% damage + a bonus from your DEX/Removal Chance: 35%
[Level 5]: 2,000% 5,000% damage + a bonus from your DEX/Removal Chance: 40%

Description: A Shotgun skill.
Inflict damage on a target and surrounding enemies within a 5x5 cell area, and remove a random buff cast on the target.
Consumes 1 Coin Bullet.
[Level 1] : 2,300% damage/Removes 1 random buff.Removal Chance: 60%.
[Level 2] : 2,600% damage/Removes 2 random buffs.Removal Chance: 70%.
[Level 3] : 2,900% damage/Removes 3 random buffs.Removal Chance: 80%.
[Level 4] : 3,200% damage/Removes 4 random buffs.Removal Chance: 90%.
[Level 5] : 3,500% damage/Removes 5 random buffs.Removal Chance: 100%.

Shattering Storm (Grinding Storm)

Prerequisite: Disarm Lv. 1/Crowd Control Shot Lv. 1
Class: Attack/Special
Description: A Shotgun skill.
Inflict damage on a target and the surrounding enemies within a 5x5 cell area, and destroy a random helmet item equipped to the target. Destroy the target's helmet while damaging all targets within the target and range.
The Equipment destruction chance increases in proportion to your Dexterity and this skill's level, and inverse proportion to the target's Level and Agility.
Shattering Storm does not take effect on Coated/Indestructible items.
Consumes 3 Coins and 1 equipped Bullet.
[Level 1]:1,900% damage/Range: 5x5 cells
[Level 2]: 2,100% damage/Range: 5x5 cells
[Level 3]: 2,300% damage/Range: 5x5 cells
[Level 4]: 2,500% damage/Range: 5x5 cells
[Level 5]: 2,700% damage/Range: 7x7 cells

Slug Shot (Fundamental Destruction)

Prerequisite: Vanishing Buster Lv. 3
Class: Attack/Special
Description: A Shotgun skill.
Inflicts as much damage as the weight of your bullets.
Requires the special Slug Bullets,
which, because of their heavy weight, decrease your Accuracy for targets 3 or more cells away.
Slug Shot forces player characters to sit and Stuns monsters.
Consumes 1 Coin and 1 equipped Slug Bullet.
[Level 1]: 2,000% damage to player/1200% damage to monster/Accuracy -10 every cell beyond 3 cells
[Level 2]: 4,000% damage to player/2400% damage to monster/Accuracy -9 every cell beyond 3 cells
[Level 3]: 6,000% damage to player/3600% damage to monster/Accuracy -8 every cell beyond 3 cells
[Level 4]: 8,000% damage to player/4800% damage to monster/Accuracy -7 every cell beyond 3 cells
[Level 5]: 10,000% damage to player/6000% damage to monster/Accuracy -6 every cell beyond 3 cells

Dragon Tail (Magic Beast Tail)

Prerequisite: Crimson Marker Lv. 1 and Howling Mine Lv. 3
Class: Attack
Description: A Grenade Launcher skill.
Shoot missiles at all of your Crimson Marked targets.
The skill's damage is divided among all the Crimson Marked targets.
The skill cannot be activated if there are no Crimson Marked targets.
Consumes 1 Dragon Tail Missile.
[Level 1]: 3,000% 5000% damage
[Level 2]: 3,500% 6000% damage
[Level 3]: 4,000% 7000% damage
[Level 4]: 4,500% 8000% damage
[Level 5]: 5,000% 9000% damage

Howling Mine (Destructive Cry)
Max Lv.: 5
Prerequisite: Spread Shot Gunslinger Mine Lv. 1
Class: Attack/Special
Description: A Grenade Launcher skill.
Shoot a mine that sticks to a target and explodes. Up to 5 Howling Mines can be shot.
Use the Flicker skill to detonate Howling Mines and inflict additional Fire damage on the target and surrounding enemies.
Howling Mines can be detonated only by the Flicker skill. If left undetonated for 30 50 seconds, they simply vanish.
Howling Mines create a chance of Igniting all targets that receive Fire damage from their explosions.
Consumes 1 Coin and 1 Shooting Mine.
[Level 1]: 400% damage + 800% explosion damage
[Level 2]: 600% damage + 1,100% explosion damage
[Level 3]: 800% damage + 1,400% explosion damage
[Level 4]: 1,000% damage + 1,700% explosion damage
[Level 5]: 1,200% damage + 2,000% explosion damage

Changes finally made it to live server :)
