Just an advice, i know this will take a lot of work for GM Team, but since a few months, every eden deal I made was followed by a ticket with the SS and a recording of the deal, so I'm making sure im buying a legit item. Is not like I would like to lost 2b instant.

I made this for items over 500m+

At this point I'm considering sending a ticket to just have them verify my whole gearset instead of waiting in anguish that something might vanish at any time.

Some dude bought an item wortb less than 1b and it still turned out to be duped. Bet you they're duping straws as well.

Don't consider it, do it.

 

I submitted all of my equippable items with a few account bound exceptions and so far so good, they have verified at least 7/13 tickets.

 

Just a friendly reminder though, you do need to do the tickets in batches of 10 items or so.

I'd wait til they fix at least the duping issues before playing again. It can be quite a headace dealing with GMs on item reversal.

If GM return zeny for removed dupped item(s), does GM remove the zeny from the person who sold dupped item(s)?

I don't thing it's possible to keep track all the transactions from the illegal seller.

If GM don't remove the zeny the illegal seller made, GM is just increasing the total amount of zeny on server and causing inflation.

I don't thing it's possible to keep track all the transactions from the illegal seller.

If GM don't remove the zeny the illegal seller made, GM is just increasing the total amount of zeny on server and causing inflation.

 

The inflation has been happening around since last year. Problem is zeny acquired may be legit despite the gears are dupe lol. Thus, the person who sells dupe items may have used the zeny elsewhere. This is the trickiest.  :ho:

So is it safe to trade items worth more than 800m? I feel like I should hold off on trading until this kinda thing is dealt with. I don't want to go through the hassle of selling an item or losing an item due to a duping issue. And I don't want to lose items that I got through boxes and have fake stuff be traded for it.

I lost all my items and zeny. I submitted a ticket and they've apologized for the delay since im not the only one with this problem i can imagine. More than half the server probably has this issue too and i can be assured that the ticket system has been flooded by this same reason of duping problems.

Happened again to me again just 3 hours ago for the 11th time, and submitted my 11th ticket regarding lost zeny and items.

 

I get the issue of dupe/ill-mannered items floating around the server, but the worst part is when you are not giving any heads up on what are they gonna removed and why. It's hard to remember what is missing especially those players who has no track or records on what exactly they have ie; zeny,gears, consumables.

 

Here is what happened to me, I was in front of my computer when it happened, I was on a pub on eden 1st floor and having a look on other players for sale items. And suddenly someone logged in on my account. I tried to relog a lot of times and it keeps on saying my id and password has not been recognized. I put my password slower than my usual speed. I know I'm not mistaken but still unrecognized, went to WP site change my password and I found out my old password is not even working. I tried to forgot password and I did change to a new one, I'm ready to log in, but server still recognizes me meaning I am still online, tried to Pm myself using alt character but I'm offline and server still recognizes my account. Did it for a lot more times still the same, went back to WP website forgot my password again, created a new one but still recognizes my account. After a few tries it went through and found myself in Prontera along with other characters and lost zeny. I knew it was them "GM's " because this happened to me not just once, but a lot of times. Do you really have to do that just for us not to interrupt on what you have to do on our account? Seriously??????? It is my account not yours, whoever has the right to log it in is me not even anyone of you.. How Ironic is this reminder? Gm team will never ask for your username and password..For us to feel safe and secure?  But then if there is something that needs to be remove on someone's account, you are the one who has the right to do it? And the owner obviously will worry on what is going on.  :ani_swt:  :ani_swt:  :ani_swt:

 

This dupe or ill mannered issue has gone so bad, mishandled bigtime! And here we are trying to submit a ticket for us to find out what is missing and what needs to be done. Very clever  :wall:  :wall:  :wall:

 

My question for you WP Support Team or GM Team is this;

 

How hard is it for you to send a Pm or a rodex or an email telling us what has to be done in our accounts?

Is it hard for you to give us a heads up on what and why an item has to be remove?

Is it hard to Pm us, most of the time people are afk, that is why we have rodex right?

 

If you were on our shoes you will not be happy as well I guarantee that. No one knows or has any idea that they are holding or selling or bought an ill-mannered item there is no way for us to find out unless you kill the root on all of this. Everyone knows it's not that easy, but at least have some courtesy to inform us that you have to do something on our account like removing stuff or zeny. We might not remember what or how much you have taken from us, it's hard to guess. 

 

Have some respect and consideration.. Thanks

Heads up everyone:

This is what you should do from now on, it is my humble suggestion and its what i have been doing since the first time ive lost my items and zeny. keep a log of EVERYTHING. Take screen pictures of all your items inside kafra from all your accounts keep a seperate folder of those pics as evidence and also keep logs of traded items from your different alt characters. 

 

since the GMs dont have the courtesy to send a PM or write you a message on Rodex or send you an email letting you know what's gone missing and why, you gotta do the work yourself!

I understand there has also been legitimate misunderstandings sometimes too someone thinks their item is gone but they forgot they traded it into a different alt or left inside a vending cart, etc.  Sometimes these mistakes happen. So in order to avoid that also keep a log of trade items. That is what I have been doing so far. Next time my items go missing I will have the proof from the pudding to send in a pic as evidence.

 

and also. avoid transactions between "friends" people you know or other vendors, as hard as it sounds you are better off grinding farming for items yourself and also upgrading on your own instead of buying them from other people. Easier said than done, but im sure everyone hates going through this and having this experience is awful. [Cookies]

Well, if I had received a pm that would be a different story. But I haven't so I ended up sharing my sentiments here on forums.

 

I wanted to Pm Camp but at this point I don't think it would be necessary as I submitted a ticket for this and it has been addressed, I just have to respond with some info on how I obtain the item that costs my zeny to be reverted to the buyer which is understandable.

 

The only thing I am upset about is it happened to me a lot of times and this I was in front of my computer staring on for sale stuff in eden first floor. I raised the issue using forums, submitting a ticket and sending an email. But still no courtesy from your team before you make your move, and the worst part is I changed my password 3 times, forgot my password as well 2 times because I was worried I might be hacked or something. If i get a pm from your team I might not get worried and maybe don't bother to change my password and let the trade reversal end and log in again.

Yes, because it concerns your account status we cannot discuss this thoroughly on forums, so I'd advise that you bring this up to Campitor in private to see what happened there.

I cannot speak for the GM team, but as said, they normally PM the user to prepare to log out.
