So about all this lending gears BS seems it only works for well known players? So only them get help from the GM team to get their items back if lent to guildies/friends in game who does not return their highly valuable items???

No matter what you show them proof, if you are not one of those well renowned players, then you are SORRY!

That's all they could say.

Hello,

Generally speaking, the GM team does not support item sharing, this is also strictly true for account sharing.

Once an item is borrowed, then the user looses all ownership ties to said item(s). Godly items are exempted from this rule.

There must be cases were an item is returned, such as scams.

Without knowing the detail of your concern in which I will not encourage sharing here, it would be hard to explain.

That's said, if your ticket returned unsatisfactory results then contact Familiar on forums. You can also share the ticket number with me in a PM but that's about it.

Yeah. "Generally" but unfortunately it always works to "some" not to us.

Don't need to cover it up, just ranting and everybody knows this.

I never let anyone borrow anything unless I am fully ready to possibly lose that item in the process.

I barely spend money in this game. I'm new to this game you see. However GM always helps me. I mean, it's for the justice of the server.

Anyways, sorry for your unfortunate. Hopefully Familiar can help you.
