In my semi-educated OPINION... it would be the 2x Chambered with those enchants would win. However... there's several OCP gears on iRO that slaughter just anything the RWC sets can do nowadays.

It seems to me like those two websites that you've suggested are much more unreliable...

one is in Korean language: RWC Gold Brooch [1]

and

Sorry, I wasn't thorough with the post.

The main reason we do not tolerate RMS on forums is because it links and promotes illegal servers/content. You are free however to use it but not to be linked on these boards

 

As far as I can tell, RWC Gold Brooch [1] doesn't seem to be implemented on iRO, so the data (translation) will be normally missing.
