Please see the following,
General troubleshooting (Classic server version):
- If Ragnarok is installed under C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) move the folder somewhere else outside said directories.
- Set clragexe.exe run-level to administrator. Right click the file > Choose Properties > Choose Compatibility tab > Choose Run this program as an administrator > Apply > Ok.
- Recheck Setup_Classic.exe settings (video and sound), the file must be executed as an admin beforehand, same steps above.
- Make sure you have the proper C++ package, do a package reinstall if needed. Download link available at Problem #5 here.
- Completely uninstall Norton Power Eraser.
- Do a fresh installation of the game.
Some points to keep in mind when reinstalling/patching (Classic server version):
- Make sure you are using the latest client (official link, mirror links).
- Run ClassicRO.exe as an admin all the time to avoid patching problems.
- Have one single instance of the patcher, note that all game clients must not be running during the installation and patching process.
- Keep an eye on the patching bar for any issues.
- In case of "failed to get file" browse iRO Classic FTP server and manually download the patch in question, place the file(s) under your RO folder, run the patcher again.
- Any other: Refer to this thread for common issues and their solutions.

You do not need username and password for Classic FTP server. Is it asking you to provide the same?
Single instance means, only open 1 RO game client when installing/patching. If you have multiple RO clients open while patching you may encounter patch errors.

It keeps asking the same prompt. I turn into a secure mode of FTP to Classic server, it resumes normal. Instance could build more than 2 RO game client, am I finding correct patch now?
Super super good patch installed, my computer should only ran NO multiple clients because of graphics card and network speed. Where can find if patch is updated in my com?

At this point, I'd suggest doing a complete reinstall to the game client using the reinstall/repatch instructions posted here.
Though I am concerned about the FTP, it should not ask you for Password and ID, can you take a screenshot of that and share it here please?
