Disappointed in Warpportal Customer Support

So a group of Old Loki players were deciding to come back and start playing again after a couple of years hiatus, and one of my friends found his second account had been banned.  And support would not tell him anything. He asked for what infraction occurred, they wont tell him, only Copy and paste answers from Support.

 

Even a bot gets a chance to restore their account, he never even got the chance.  Hell the last time he played he even bought Warp Portal Energy and bought OCP boxes....  after 1000s of dollars in subscriptions back in the day and then in Kafra points Warp Portal just said, Sorry, too bad so sad...

 

I have a friend who was accused of "buying Zeny" maybe 5-6 years ago, and they "investigated" and revoked the ban.  This time?  Not even an explanation....

 

He has had this account for almost 20 years.... and now support bans him but leaves the obvious bots playing.... RIDICULOUS

 

I know the trolls will probably come out en masse, and i'll just ignore them but i feel that warpportal doesn't even really care, they just ban and try to get you to start over and spend more $ on Kafra Points....

What did he do?? even he have spent a lot of money buying WP point but it doesn't mean he can do an illegal things in game.

OCP boxes already so exist 5-6 years? I think there would be some reason.

seem like warpportal doesn't care now
market price are to crazy...

asking no RMT
but they selling OCP with KP item thats didn't lets ppl buy stuff using Real money to?

no any free or quest item can match OCP stuff for ppl cant pay for it

Well that is the thing, he wasnt active at all hadnt played since almost 2016 SO we believe someone hacked him.  And support wont even tell him the reason he was banned....

 

which is even more annoying

Maybe see if  they can check if a different IP had logged in since his last log in.  Maye he was keylogged and used for botting and Gravity for some reason thought it was him

i do understand you too. and think the same. if i get banned, i really want to know why. GM should tell the reason.

May be selling items and doing RMT. I know some people if I tell the GM that they are selling will they get ban? just wanna know if warpportal really ban people.

 They do ban, but he didnt do RMT as far as all of us know.
