anyone test excelion shield?
if only +9 ,is it better than anemos or mad bunny?

Yes, it gives +90 atk/matk, it is great overall but even better for acid bomb.

The element atk bonus (15%) is pretty hefty on anemos/gaia/nero, especially since you're most likely to have a ton of flat ATK already but not necessarily elemental damage mods, so in those cases you're probably better off with the relevant shield than the excelion -- but for those elements where there is no matching shield, excelion is likely better. 

 

At +9 I'd definitely use anemos/gaia/nero over it. At +12 or +15 it's probably gonna be more situational depending on how much atk you already have or if you are already rocking a lot of elemental damage mods.
