As some of you may know I promised that if we don't get the Class Balance Update I would eat a hat for the community. That day has come.
Now I didn't want to just do something easy like buy candy shaped like a hat, or have a basket of fruit on my head. No it had to be an RO hat, but it had to be edible. So.. I selected the Apple of Archer headgear.
I came prepared with many options to make this happen. Here we can see my experiments with Preztels and apples
Once a figured out how to attach the arrow shaft we then worked on attaching it to a hairband. Here we used a cheap hairband, a drywall screw, and hot glue in order to mount the headgear.
Next was attaching fletching and the arrow head. We had quite a few materials to work with, but found that a popped rice treat head together with marshmallows worked the best.
While we were making this we had many very confused co workers asking what we were doing!
Of course I had to host a maintenance meeting while wearing the hat so it would count.
Time to hide the evidence!
Here I contemplate my life choices that lead me to this moment.
