Cant connect to server and cant reach wapportal website

I've been try for more than 2 hours find out what happend with my connection
I cant log in to RO
And i open warpportal using my laptop

Hello,

What is the error message you are getting on WP website?

When was the last time you were able to access the game and website?

Cant connect to server when i try log in to game 3 hours before i posting this
And the site can't be reached when i try to connect the wedsite
I ask my people in guild on discord and everyone helps me
I wondering why this kind if problem is happened?

What location in the world are you attempting to connect from?
Have you tried to do a tracert to warpportal.com to see where your connection is blocked when trying to access the website?

If you need assistance in how to do a tracert on a Windows computer:

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click Run.
  3. To open the command line interface, type cmd and then click OK.
  4. At the command line prompt, type: tracert warpportal.com
  5. Press Enter.

You should see a list of IP or Host Name addresses appear and at the end they will start to show up as * * * when they can not reach the destination.
Highlight a section in the window by clicking and dragging the mouse across the area you want to copy and then press Enter to copy the information.
If you can tell us the few last addresses at the end when the * * * begins we may be able to help resolve where the connection is having issues.

If you don't feel comfortable posting any IP related information in the public forums, you can PM myself or VModCinnamon the information.
