Did someone try it out? I've bumped an old thread as it is the only one that talks about this skill.
Please let me know of your input, as I'm trying to not waste reset money/equipment just to get this 100% perfect block build.

1 use stat foods
2 cast Inspiration
3 cast Prestige
4 proc Lucky Day
this is the only way to have 100% magic attack dodge from that skill.
AFAIK at least.
