Crimson Dagger Sprite Error

I am using my +15 Crimson Dagger [2] Holy and it looks like I am holding a sword.  The attack seems that my offhand isn't executing and attack either.  I am pretty sure the dagger and offhand Ice Pick do separate attack motions/executions and make the damage almost double.  I am using the dagger/ice pick combo on my assassin.  I used the dagger 2 weeks ago on my Shadow Chaser and it appeared as a dagger in my hand not a sword.

I just tested it on my male GX and it shows up as a sword and my Ice Pick isn't activating an attack at all.  So dual dagger build is broken due to a sprite error.

 

 

edit: Just used the dagger on my Shadow Chaser and it appears as a dagger.  Can some one please look into the error for GX using a Crimson Dagger?

yup it looks like a sword. i put thana sword and name my gx swordie lol

Probably has to do with an ongoing bug/exploit. Theoretically it should not affect daggers but who knows. The bug is critical that it can crash users.

Will seek a follow up next week, do not expect a speedy resolution though.

I have 70 other toons I can play till it is resolved.  So not expecting a speedy resolution, just hoping for any resolution.  :thx:

So did some tests and I can confirm this bug exists.

 

When wearing Crimson Dagger in Right Hand, it appears as a dagger which is correct, though when placed in the Left hand it changes to Sword sprite. In some cases, it shows no sprite at all. Tests were performed on GX class.

 

Crimson Dagger and any other dagger have the same class ID which is labeled as #1 in the client files, at least this is correct this far. I am speculating a server setting is causing this phenomena. But also it may be a sprite issue related to the class.
