what requirements? i just notice that you can janeway if i create new novice or if i have a first job character,  i tested it on my mage she is Lv 38/49 which is i create it last year, and i tested on my rogue Lv 70 but i cant talk to her ....

I was told the maximum offered levels are 50/50 for Re:Start. So if you are above 50 she will be shy to talk to you.

You are probably on the second channel of the map, which is a Renewal server feature, not Re:Start's.

To switch channels, speak to the wizard teleporter NPC by the bridge in Izlude.
