Hello everyone! I know that i can only transfer characters from 1 account to another if both are registered on the same mail account, the question is... i have 1 account full of characters, but since there are more than 12 classes, i want to know if i can transfer more characters into that already 12/12 account.

You may transfer additional characters within the same WP account to a 12/12 slot account ID up to 27. If you attempted to transfer to a 27 account then the GM staff will ask you to free a character slot. If you have room then you should be fine.

Does this mean that, for example, I have an account with 12 characters and another account with 12 characters as well. I am able to merge both accounts of 12 characters into 1 accounts which gives me a total of 24 characters? On top of that, I could create 3 more characters and make that 24 characters account into 27 characters max?

you can only create characters up to 12/12. Any additional characters have to come from another account being transfered to.

Additionally, if you delete characters when you have exceeded the 12 characters "regular limit", you wont be able to create a new one in that slot, as a free slot doesnt actually exist. You need then a new transfer.

Yup that's what I'm asking about. So it's possible.
