Yesterday I was able just to talk with Janeway and she gave me the levels without do any quest. This happened to anyone else?

Maybe yours are trans char and has done the previous janeway

This may just be my unpopular opinion.
But why not just grind/leech the remaining job levels normally if you guys are in such a rush?
Heck, atleast you guys ended up with a lvl 99 char already. That's like half the job done for a new 3rd job char.
If you can't wait 'till next maint, then there's LowTI, maybe Magma Dungeon, or Sarah's Memory instance too.

Happened to one of my char too, but the other's char still need to hunt untill kapha again
