i only just downloaded ragnarok re start and i try to login with my username n password but then it says "No Message (5201)"

someone please help

Did you make an actual restart account or are you trying to login with your warpportal login?

NO MSG (5201) error:
 
If playing on Re:Start, please make sure that you are using Re:start client and correct RE:Start account ID.

How to verify type of account:

• Log on to your Warpportal master account [link].
• After logging in, from the left panel click on Account Information.
• Note the account ID and the type of the game ID.
  For Restart: 
  For Renewal/Classic: 
   
• To use the Restart ID please use Ragnarok Restart game client [download link].
• To use the Renewal/Classic ID please use the appropriate executable of the client [download link].
  Ragnarok.exe for Renewal
  ClassicRO.exe for Classic
